Here is one way to relax your eyes and to stretch your eyes!
There are a few posts on this blog about the “new age” eye problem, fixed focusing because of staring at a computer, or a video screen, or even cell phones.
Near point stress means that your eyes your eyes must stay focused at a specific object at a short (usually) distance away from you.
Of course, your eyes move up and down and left and right, but not in and out – shifting far to near distances.
This exercise is very helpful to reduce your eye stress and eye strain and it will help keep your vision sharp.
This exercise is good for you, so you can do it often during the day, especially if you do a lot of “Near” Sight Activities.
And it only takes a few minutes, so no excuse 🙂
