Eye Can See -The 3 Cup Eye Exercise Is A Favorite
The 3 cups exercise is a crowd favorite.
It initially takes some time to master each of the 3 Levels, but
as you progress through the Rebuild Your Vision program you’ll find
they become much easier.

“I’ve worn glasses for forty years. My last was
20/170 in my left eye and 20/220 in my right eye. I was on the
verge of needing bifocals. After four-and-a-half months of using
