Over 175 million Americans use a computer either on the job or
at home. Nearly 75% of these people report vision problems as
a result of their computer use.

Are you one them?

==>>Rebuild Your Vision
Learn The Eye Exercise Program That
Has Huge Success Improving Vision

Dry and irritated eyes, difficulty focusing, headaches, backaches,
neck strain, and double vision are just a few of the symptoms
caused by computer use. Collectively, these symptoms are known
as “Computer Vision Syndrome,” which the American Optometric
Association (AOA) defines as being “related to near work…
experienced buy brand during…computer use.”

You might recognize that phrase “near work” from an earlier
lesson. As you learned in Lesson 6, computer use causes
near-point stress-reported by the AOA as one of the leading
causes of nearsightedness and its progression.

How does the computer hurt your eyes?

Human eyes were not made to look at a computer screen. The screen
you are viewing right now is actually made up of thousands of
pixels. Pixels are, essentially, colored dots that make up the
image you see or the text you read. The more pixels on your screen
for a given image, the clearer the image will appear.

But your eyes cannot focus directly on each of these thousands of
pixels. Instead, you have to focus over and over to keep the
images sharp-which causes strain and tension in your eyes.

Computer screens have also been shown to reduce blink rates by
up to five times! This is why your eyes feel dry and irritated
after staring at the screen.

Think of blinking like breathing: you can’t do without it. Reduced
blinking could be said to be the asthma of the eyes.

So, short of quitting your job, what can you do about Computer
Vision Syndrome?

==>>Rebuild Your Vision

In the long term, following the Rebuild Your Vision program will help
you combat the deterioration caused by the near-point stress of
computer use.

And in the short term, here are some tips your eyes will
appreciate.

Esential Tip #1: Monitor Your Monitor

Repositioning your monitor is an easy and effective way to avoid
awkward head or eye movements. It should be squarely in front of
you at a distance of 18 to 28 inches, with the top of the monitor
(not the screen) level with your eyes.

You may also have to adjust the angle of your monitor to allow
your eyes to remain in a natural position (straight ahead and
slightly down).

Essential Tip #2: Glare Care

Modifying your office lighting will eliminate glare and harsh
reflections. First, find the source of the glare: is it coming
from a window, task light, or the computer screen itself?

Adjust blinds or curtains to minimize sunlight. Turn down
overhead lights so that the brightness of the screen and the
surrounding room are balanced. Task lights should be positioned
to provide direct light for reading and other office work but
should not shine directly on the computer.

Essential Tip #3: Take a Break-the “10-10-10″ Rule

It’s easy to lose track of time at the computer. So you need to
learn how to take a break. Here’s how:

Place a piece of masking tape with “10-10-10″ on it to remind you
to perform the “10-10-10″ rule: Every time you are performing
close vision work for over 10 consecutive minutes, look up and
focus on anything that is at least 10 feet away, for at least 10
seconds.

This simple rule helps to prevent the damaging effects of
near-point stress and could literally save your eyesight! (And a
computer break is a perfect excuse to perform your Vision for
Life eye exercises.)

Essential Tip #4: Some Folks Have Special Needs

Seniors should take extra care arranging their work stations. The
AOA notes that workers over 50 years of age require twice the
light levels of young adults for comfortable work.

By the same token, very often small children share the same
computer as their parents, a situation that can lead to injury,
as monitor distance and position have been set up to accommodate
the adults.

These tips were excerpted from an article in our monthly
newsletter, which for a limited time you will receive free when
you order the Rebuild Your Vision program. (For more information,

New Research Proves That Bad Vision Is Not Genetic

I’ll never forget the day my optometrist told me, “You’ll never have perfect vision. Bad vision is genetically preprogrammed and there is nothing you can do about it.”

Rebuild your vision – naturally

I tried to find the optometrist who told me that many years ago and shattered my dream of flying fighter jets in the U.S. Navy, but I never was able to locate him.

I wanted to show him 3 things:

*My test results from the U.S. Navy that said “Left eye = 20/30, right eye 20/20,” after just one month of using the Vision for Life program.

*My FAA medical examination that said “Overall vision = 20/20:
No restrictions required.”

*The letter I received from the U.S. Navy that said “Pilot Candidate: ACCEPTED.”
http://www.experts-at.com/Rebuild-Your-Vision.html

After the amazing results I achieved with the Rebuild Your Vision program, I searched for an explanation. In my research, I came across the following:

There was a controlled study conducted on a group of Inuit families in Barrow, Alaska, years ago by a very respected group of eye doctors. It evaluated the relation between genetics and the environment in bad vision.

It was an ideal setting in that parents and grandparents had little or no formal education, while children regularly attended public school.

The study results showed that the uneducated parents and grandparents had little or no form of myopia (nearsightedness), while nearly 58% of the children attending school were diagnosed
as myopic.

A genetic malfunction increase of 58% over one generation would be impossible! The researchers came to the conclusion that the stress put upon the eyes while performing continuous near-point
work in the classroom was causing myopia among the children. (Young et al. 1969. American Journal of Optometry and Archives of American Academy of Optometry)

So what causes nearsightedness if it’s not genetic? Science has also answered this question.

It’s a condition called near-point stress. Near-point stress is what your eyes experience when you focus on anything close to you: computers, books, television, etc. Focusing up close is
not natural to your eyes. Your eyes are in a relaxed state when they are looking at a distance and focusing up close puts a stress on them.

The American Optometric Association identifies near-point stress as being one of the leading causes of nearsightedness and its progression.

I find this amazing, considering many doctors, like mine, will still tell you that nearsightedness is solely a genetic condition!

It just doesn’t add up.

*How have thousands of people improved their vision naturally if bad vision is a genetic problem?

*Why is near-point stress defined as a leading cause of nearsightedness if nearsightedness is a genetic condition?

The fact is, the data is in, and times and beliefs are changing. There are many eye doctors that now support eye exercises and their role in natural vision improvement.

You can learn these eye exercises and vision improvement techniques in the Rebuild Your Vision program. It’s all you need to begin reversing the damage that has been done to your eyes.

Whether you’re nearsighted, have an astigmatism, or have “aging eyes,” there is a customized program specifically buy brand for your condition included in the Rebuild Your Vision program.

More and more people every day are choosing the Rebuild Your Vision program as their method of vision improvement.

See for yourself at http://www.experts-at.com/Rebuild-Your-Vision.html . Your eyes will thank you.

Here’s what people who have tried the Rebuild Your Vision program are saying:

From Capri Smith, Chesterfield, VA:

“I wanted to write and tell you how thrilled I am with your program. I can’t help telling everyone I meet. After being told that I am not a good candidate for Lasik, I searched for another option. I skeptically ordered the Rebuild Your Vision program and am now full of praise. After just 5 days of doing
the exercises for 25 minutes each day, I could no longer see through my glasses.

A trip to the eye doctor confirmed what I already knew: the optometrist said that I had gone from myopia (nearsightedness) level 8 in my left eye and 5 in the right to 5 and 2, respectively. That’s a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! Half of my previous s!

I can see to walk around without my glasses (I had been 20/200) and can even read and watch TV! I can’t believe it and neither could the doctor (who by the way begged me not to tell anyone about this, because he was afraid I’d put him out of business)! Can’t wait to see more improvement.”

From Phil, U.S. Air Force Pilot:

“I’ve been a pilot in the US Air Force for 15 years. 2 years ago my eye exams were getting a lot more difficult and I was eventually told I was at 20/30 in my right eye and would need to start wearing corrective lenses while conducting flying duties. I tried the mg dosage Rebuild Your Vision program late last year after my dad gave it to me as a gift and on my last eye exam a week ago, I’m now seeing at 20/17 again!”

And here’s part of my story…

“Through the Rebuild Your Vision program I improved my vision from 20/85 to 20/25 in 30 days, passing the visual acuity test given to United States Navy fighter pilots, and threw away my glasses after using them for nearly 10 years. A few months later, the restriction that I was required to wear glasses while flying was removed from my FAA medical certificate.”

http://www.your-vision-care.com

Q: How does natural vision correction work?

A: The focusing abilities of your eyes are controlled by a series of internal muscles. Due to the many stresses put upon the visual system, the use of glasses and contacts, and the natural aging process itself, these muscles become weak and distorted, which causes blurred vision.

The Rebuild Your Vision program is designed to strengthen and train these muscles — just as you would any other weak muscle in your body — and redirect your point of focus, helping you see clearly without corrective lenses.

This is easily achieved through a specific series of optical drills and eye exercises, which stimulate these eye muscles in a manner that would never be achieved through normal daily use. The Rebuild Your Vision program
teaches special techniques that help you prevent further deterioration for years to come.

Q: What do I do with my current glasses while my vision is improving?

A: We recommend having multi-level goals when you use the Rebuild Your Vision program. The first goal is to prevent further deterioration of your vision and reduce your dependency on glasses or contacts. This can be done in the first few days with simple techniques and habits that are outlined in our program.

The second goal is to improve your vision to a desired level, including not using your glasses at all, which is a very possible expectation for many. While your vision is improving, you may need to obtain a new lens
so that your current does not overcompensate for your vision improvement. Many people are able to make this transition without doing so, but if required, it is a small sacrifice for the benefits you will obtain.

Q: What is the success rate of natural vision correction?

A: The following are two excerpts demonstrating the high percentage of success the general subject of natural vision therapy has had.

“[In a study that examined] the effectiveness of optometric vision training in certain types of visuamotor anomalies … the (overall) percentage of success was 90%.” — Leon Hoffman, O.D., et al. (1973) American Journal of Optometry and Archives of American Academy of Optometry

“Symptoms were totally eliminated in 53% of the patients, reduced in 43% and remained the same in only 4%. Therefore … an overall success rate of 96%. There is an impressive and increasing body of evidence attesting to the trainability of accommodative function.” (From a study of 96 patients
with some type of accommodative dysfunction who had completed a vision therapy program.) — Irwin B. Suchoff, O.D., and Timothy G. Petito, O.D. (1986) Journal of the American Optometric Association

Q: How long do I have to use the Rebuild Your Vision program until I see results?

A: Most people begin to see improvements within the first week or two, with significant gains in the following months. The catch to seeing improvements is investing time and dedication into the program.

Q: Are there any potential side effects to using natural vision- correction eye exercises?

A: There’s no risk or potential side effects from using the Rebuild Your Vision program, as it is both a safe and a natural way to improve your vision.

Q: How much time do I have to spend each day doing the eye exercises?

A: Only 25 minutes a day brings results.

Q: Where can I get the Rebuild Your Vision program?

A: You can only obtain the Rebuild Your Vision program through our Web site. The Rebuild Your Vision program has over a 90% success rate and comes with a full 6-month unconditional guarantee. It’s yours to own for only $79, and it can save you thousands of dollars on expensive eyeglasses, contacts, sunglasses, eye-care supplies, or surgery.

See The Beauty: Fighting Aging Vision

www.rebuild-your-vision.com/order-guaranteed

Getting old is inevitable, but losing your vision doesn’t have to be.

Presbyopia,or “aging vision,” as it is commonly referred to, is the hardening of the lens and tightening of the eye musclesassociated with aging.

This condition occurs in nearly everyone at some point in their lives, typically around the age of 40. Aging vision causes the ciliary muscle, which is the muscle that is responsible for focusing, to become inflexible. It is therefore unable to change the shape of the lens the amount required to focus on near-point objects.

At first you might find it hard to focus on the newspaper or on a menu at a restaurant. Before you know it, your arms aren’t long enough to read anything.

Inevitably, off you go to get your first pair of reading glasses — your optician or local drugstore owner smiling all the way, as you have just become a lifelong customer!

Years ago, a woman by the name of Debbie, who was experiencing her own bout with aging vision, wrote me with her incredible story of vision improvement.

She was tired of her vision getting worse as the years took their toll on her body. So she decided to be proactive about her eyesight deterioration, and she ordered the Rebuild Your Vision program.

And here’s what happened…

“Dear friends,

I am thrilled with the program. I have seen such improvement
in my vision. I can see my grandson’s beautiful black eyelashes without
my glasses, and today I read him three books with only the sunlight from
the window, and no glasses on. Tonight when I watched television I could
actually make out the faces. It hasn’t been that way for a long time…”

Since then, I’ve read innumerable letters and e-mails from people like Debbie who have used the program with tremendous success, but hers is still one of my favorites.

http://www.your-vision-care.com

If you, like Debbie, suffer from presbyopia, you too can stop its cruel effects.

As mentioned above, science has proven that stiffening of the components of the eye is the cause of aging vision. As a matter of fact, you probably have more than a few muscles that don’t feel quite as limber as they used to!

What do you do when you have a tight hamstring or tricep? You stretch it out every day, and over time, it regains its flexibility and elasticity.

Well, your eyes are no different.

There are special optical exercises and vision-improvement techniques that can help you regain the elasticity that your eyes once had and the clear,
natural vision that you remember from years ago.

There’s just one catch:You have to do the exercises!

And when you do the exercises, in just a few weeks (sometimes even days), you’ll begin to stop the vicious cycle of eyesight deterioration and start to notice tremendous improvements in your vision.

Imagine enjoying the newspaper without searching the house for your glasses. Or celebrating at a special restaurant without having to hold the menu at arm’s length.

It’s absolutely possible.

Just ask Debbie or the thousands of others who have taken the first step to improving their vision naturally.

You’re just a few mouse clicks away from learning how Debbie and thousands of others who suffer with nearsightedness, astigmatism, and aging eyes have corrected their vision naturally.

See for yourself at http://www.your-vision-care.com

By now you are probably curious about the Rebuild Your Vision program…and also full of questions: generic best price Where did natural vision correction come from? How long do I have to use the program to see results? What do I do with my glasses while my vision’s improving?

To your vision — for life,

It initially takes some time to master each of the 3 Levels, but
as you progress through the Rebuild Your Vision program you’ll find
they become much easier.

To help you get motivated, let me share a story we received a few
months back from John Bershak in Pennsylvania .
http://www.your-vision-care.com

John wrote:

“I’ve worn glasses for forty years. My last was
20/170 in my left eye and 20/220 in my right eye. I was on the
verge of needing bifocals. After four-and-a-half months of using
the Rebuild Your Vision program, I can now see 20/30 (near perfect)
in both eyes. The greatest improvement, to about 20/40, occurred
in the first month, but real clarity occurred more gradually.
I found the Three Cups Exercise to be extremely powerful.

Improvements in visual clarity seemed to be preceded by
improvements in this exercise. Now I’m looking forward to my
first pair of non- sunglasses!” –John Bershak, Morrisville , PA

John’s is only one of numerous stories we have gotten from folks
across the globe — all of whom have achieved profound results
using the exercises in the Rebuild Your Vision program. But I know
your time is precious, so let’s begin.
If you haven’t already, you’ll find the instructions for
Level 1 of the Three Cups Exercise on our website at

3 Cup Exercise

You’ll also need a comfortable chair and a quiet room in which to sit.

Ready to begin rebuilding your vision? Here we go!

http://www.rebuild-your-vision.com/3cups.htm

Aren’t your eyes worth it?

Lesson 1: “What No One’s Telling You When It Comes To Glasses & Contacts

You signed up for this series, so it’s probably a safe bet that right now — due to nearsightedness, “aging vision,” or astigmatism — you probably need glasses or are on the verge of needing them.

http://www.your-vision-care.com

Maybe you have someone close to you, a friend or family member, that needs glasses or contacts in order to see clearly.

But are glasses and contacts really a good idea?

(The following information might surprise you.)

Despite the fact that many people, after their eye exams, generic brand go out and buy glasses or contacts, there are things the general population hasn’t been told.

You see, no matter what your current condition, the continued
use of corrective lenses can actually contribute to the deterioration
of your vision. This is because corrective lenses are a crutch
that your eyes are trained to rely upon.

As a result, it is difficult to strengthen your eyes if you are
constantly supporting them by external means (i.e., glasses or contacts).
Actually, research shows that glasses and contacts can rapidly *worsen* your vision.

==>>Check it out now http://www.your-vision-care.com

These facts are supported by the studies of two respected eye doctors.
Here’s what they have to say about the use of corrective lenses.

* Dr. M. H. Birnbaum states in the Review of Optometry,
“Single-vision minus lenses for full-time use produce accommodative
insufficiency associated with additional symptoms until the patient gets
used to the lens. This is usually accompanied by a further increase
in myopia and the cycle begins anew.”

* Dr. Samuel Druker writes in the Optical Journal Review,
“From a clinical point of view, the conclusion would seem
inescapable that minus lenses are an important factor
among the causes of progressive myopia.”

In other words, glasses and contacts can actually make your
vision worse over time. Is that something you want to risk with your eyesight?

Think about it… ==>>Check it out now

Have you ever gone in for an eye exam and heard the doctor say,
“Great news! Your vision’s improved another 2.0 diopters –
those glasses are really helping!”

I didn’t think so!

Glasses are a “,” and, like a drug, they can be abused.

So what can you do?

Pay close attention…

*Step One

You need to learn how to use your glasses so that they don’t
contribute to further vision loss. And here’s how…

Let’s say, for example, that you’re nearsighted
(unable to see distant objects clearly) and you are reading this
e-mail with your glasses on. Do you really need them, or did
you just forget about them being on your face?

By wearing your glasses you could be doubling the effects of “near-point stress.”

The American Optometric Association hails near-point stress
as one of the major causes of nearsightedness and its
further progression. And by wearing your glasses,
you’re doubling the effects of it — ouch!

=================
Essential Tip #1:
=================

Throughout the day, think of your glasses as a tool and use them
that way — when you need them.

Put a piece of masking tape with a reminder on the base of
your computer screen. Write a reminder on your bookmark.

=================
Essential Tip #2
=================
If you can’t see the computer screen without glasses,
try enlarging the font on your internet browser.
